Student Scholarships
Application Deadline: May 30, 2025
Who's Eligible?
To be eligible to apply for the scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must reside outside of the United States.
- Be a full-time undergraduate student.
- Pursuing a degree in facility management.
- Currently enrolled in a University or Community College.
- Be at least 21 years old.
What Does The Scholarship Include?
The scholarship includes a complimentary Full Event ticket to IFMA's World Workplace Conference & Expo on Sept. 17-19 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. The Full Event ticket provides:
- An all-access pass to the conference
- Education sessions
- Keynote sessions
- Expo floor access
- Welcome Reception
- IFMA's Awards of Excellence & 45th Anniversary Celebration
- Lunch vouchers
- Unlimited networking opportunities
- Private Facility Tour
In addition, the scholarship includes:
- Hotel accommodations (roommates will be assigned) during main conference dates.
- Tuesday Sept. 16 - Saturday, Sept. 20 (4-night stay)
- A private facility tour
- Group guide for the week's activities
Please note that flights are not included.
Submission Rules
- To apply for the scholarship, create a video (maximum 2 minutes) explaining why you want to attend World Workplace.
- Get creative with your presentation—use graphics, presentations, and any other means to showcase your passion and enthusiasm!
- The video must be self-produced.
- Fill out the official applications to submit your video by the deadline: April 30, 2025
