Behind the scenes tour to include state of the art control room controlling lighting, HVAC, access control, cameras, and fire system. Tour will include back of house tours of mechanical spaces containing air handlers, air compressors, chilled water pumps, control panels, fire suppression, smoke evacuation, fire alarm, elevators, escalators, camera systems, access control systems, lighting controls, HVAC controls, heat exchangers, boilers, backup up generators, loading docks and freight elevators.
