INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEAR MOBILE APP HEALTH SCREENING

As previously announced, all attendees, exhibitors and participants of any capacity will be asked to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test, taken within 72 hours before you arrive at the conference. 

CLEAR and IFMA are working together to provide a safer experience for you at IFMA’s World Workplace 2021. With CLEAR’s Health Pass feature, your COVID-19 health screening is quick, easy, and secure. Ready to get started?

 

For attendees who are fully vaccinated:

  1. Use this link to download the free CLEAR app and enter IFMA2021
  2. Create an account by uploading a photo of a government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and snap a quick selfie to confirm you are you. Note: if you are already a CLEAR member, you can login and verify with a selfie.
  3. To add your proof of vaccination, you can securely link to your vaccine provider, scan a SMART QR code or upload your CDC card. Check out this tutorial if you need help.
  4. On the day of your arrival at the event, take a quick health survey to complete your Health Pass. Green means you’re good to go! Show your Health Pass when you arrive at the meeting checkpoint to proceed to Badge Pick up.

For attendees who are not vaccinated/prefer not to disclose or traveling internationally:

  1. Use this link to download the free CLEAR app and enter IFMA2021
  2. Create an account by uploading a photo of a government-issued ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and snap a quick selfie to confirm you are you. Note: if you are already a CLEAR member, you can login and verify with a selfie.
  3. Get tested 72 hours prior to your arrival at IFMA World Workplace 2021. COVID-19 test providers that integrate directly with the CLEAR app include Quest, Labcorp, BioReference, CVS, or Vault Health. Check out the CLEAR app to see the full list of testing providers. International travelers should comply with airline testing regulations.
  4. Follow instructions to securely link your testing provider with CLEAR to upload your COVID-19 test results.
  5. On the day of your arrival at the event, take a quick health survey to complete your Health Pass. Amber means you’re good to go with just one more free rapid test. Show your amber Health Pass when you arrive at the meeting checkpoint and you will be directed to an onsite testing area.
  6. Upon receiving a negative COVID test, you will be directed on how to complete your health survey each day to receive a Health Pass to enter the event. Green means you’re good to go!

Before leaving your hotel room each morning during IFMA World Workplace 2021, you will need to make a new Health Pass by completing the health survey! Show your Health Pass at the meeting checkpoint to access the event.

With CLEAR, you are always in control of your information. IFMA only receives confirmation that a guest satisfied the requirements for access with the equivalent of a red, amber, or green result — and never has access to an individual’s private health data through CLEAR. How to link your COVID-19 vaccine in Health Pass:

Link to your vaccine once for a seamless Health Pass experience!

  • Upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card (Recommended)
    • When prompted to add your vaccination, select ‘add your vaccination card’
    • Take a photo of your vaccination card and confirm your vaccine information
      • Please note, the photo of your CDC card is used to generate a green or red Health Pass. You will not be able to access it again after it is taken.
    • Digitally link a vaccine
      • Select your vaccine provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR. The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies.
        • If you are unable to find your provider in search, CLEAR may not be able to link with them at this time. Please go back and upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card!
        • Check that your COVID-19 vaccine appears in your patient portal, if not we recommend you reach out to your provider directly.
      • If found, your results will link automatically and it may take up to 1 hour to verify your results within Health Pass – do not try to resync your results
    • Use your SMART QR Code
      • Tap ‘SMART QR Code’ and follow the prompts to upload your QR code and confirm your proof of vaccination.
