NEW! Create Your Schedule & Make Appointments with Exhibitors!

Through the Attendee Service Center you can now create your own personalized event schedule and make appointments directly with exhibitors. To access the Attendee Service Center please click here. Your log-in information was included in your registration confirmation. If you do not have the information simply click the 'Forgot Password' link to have it re-sent.

Once you have logged into the service center, visit the Attendee Scheduling page. Here you will be able to find the exhibitors that meet your needs, make appointments with exhibitors and create a conference schedule with events and education sessions. Below are helpful directions for navigating the scheduling tab.

Search Tab:

Exhibitors Search Options

  1. You will be able to search for specific exhibitors using the exhibitor name drop down.
  2. You will be able to search for an exhibitor by product/service by using the business type drop down.

Requesting an Appointment

Click on the icon under the "Make Appointment" column. You will then be able to request a specific day & time.

Conference Events & Education Session Search Options

  1. You will be able to search for events & sessions by title, date or sub-category.
  2. Click the check box next to an event or session to add it to your schedule.

My Appointments Tab:

Here you are able to manage your schedule for exhibitors and your conference schedule. For exhibitor appointments, you will see the status of appointment requests and have the ability to update time requests.

You can download a PDF of your appointment & schedule itinerary at the bottom of each tab.
